Do you remember rod-FM-Utils.scm Script-Fu for Gimp which speeds up creation of facepacks for Football Manager? We have newer version now 1.1 . I’ve added more customization for adding a border. Please check yourself.
Script was tested for Gimp ver. > 2.2. And here it is …
Just put it in C:\Documents and Settings\.gimp-2.2\scripts\ folder.
